Bong founded E*Chi’mes Pharmaceutical Inc. in 2008. Its operations formally started on July 1 that same year. He has been serving as the President since its founding and has been leading the company to its rapid growth.

 

Prior to that, Bong has spent his 30 years in the medical industry, rising from the ranks of medical representative in different multi-national companies. He then shifted to product management and eventually to the leadership position of Vice President at Otsuka Philippines.

 

Bong's work in the medical field took him to every corner of the Philippines and to certain key cities abroad gaining lots of friends.  It also honed his business acumen and deep knowledge of the industry. He also served as Consultant in a number of local pharmaceutical company.

Bong graduated from Mapua University with the degree of Chemical Engineering.  He speaks fluent English, Tagalog and Pampango.

Juliet obtained her BS Chemical Engineering Degree from Mapua University and MBA degree from De La Salle University.

 

Juliet worked in the shoe industry for 36 years prior to joining E*Chi’mes as a Technical Consultant and later as the Assistant to the President. Her expertise took her abroad working for Nike Inc. for over 15 years in the leadership position in Chemical Engineering operations located in South East Asia and the US.

 

Juliet’s expertise in process engineering, exposure to lean management principles and cross cultural relationships serve well for the company’s improvement and growth.

 

Juliet speaks fluent English and Tagalog and understand a bit of Bahasa Indonesia, Spanish and Mandarin.

Bob obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree Major in Marketing from San Beda College in Manila, Philippines.

Bob has been with the company for 11 years now leading the Sales and Marketing team to achieve the company’s goals.

​

Prior to joining the company, Bob worked at other pharmaceutical companies for 28 years and in various specialties  such as Neurology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology and Endocrinology and in various leadership position.  He traveled to every nook and cranny of the Philippines. He is on his best element when he is driving.

 

Bob speaks Ilonggo, Tagalog and English.
