Responsible for the safe and timely delivery of company products and documents to clients and designated locations.

Qualifications

At least High School graduate or equivalent.

With valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction Code appropriate for vehicle type).

With at least 1–2 years of driving and delivery experience.

Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.

Physically fit and able to load and unload items when necessary.

Job Description

Arrange and coordinate local and international travel for employees and clients.

Manage bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation in compliance with company policies.

Liaise with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and embassies to ensure smooth travel.

Monitor travel schedules, budgets, and expenses; assist with reimbursements.

Provide support for travel-related concerns and corporate events requiring travel.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field

At least 1–3 years of experience in travel coordination, corporate travel, or a similar role.

Knowledge of travel booking systems
