Job Description

  • Responsible for the safe and timely delivery of company products and documents to clients and designated locations.

  • Ensures proper handling of items, accurate documentation, and compliance with traffic and safety regulations.

  • Maintains the assigned vehicle in good condition and coordinates with internal teams regarding delivery schedules and collections.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least High School graduate or equivalent.

  • With valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction Code appropriate for vehicle type).

  • With at least 1–2 years of driving and delivery experience.

  • Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.

  • Physically fit and able to load and unload items when necessary.

  • Honest, reliable, and punctual.

  • With good communication and customer service skills.

  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

Job Description

  • Arrange and coordinate local and international travel for employees and clients.

  • Manage bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation in compliance with company policies.

  • Liaise with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and embassies to ensure smooth travel.

  • Monitor travel schedules, budgets, and expenses; assist with reimbursements.

  • Provide support for travel-related concerns and corporate events requiring travel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in travel coordination, corporate travel, or a similar role.

  • Knowledge of travel booking systems

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to handle travel-related emergencies and last-minute changes.

  • Familiarity with visa processing, travel documentation, and international travel regulations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel expense reporting tools.

Job Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple channels.

  • Provide accurate information on products, services, policies, and procedures.

  • Record, monitor, and maintain documentation of customer interactions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
