Job Description

Manage the importation of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with FDA, customs, and other regulatory requirements.
Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders for timely product delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
Prepare, submit, and track FDA applications, renewals, licenses, and other regulatory documents.
Ensure compliance with FDA, DOH, DENR, and other government regulations, including required reports and proper disposal of pharmaceutical products.
Maintain regulatory permits, licenses, and compliance documentation.
Support government inspections and internal quality assurance activities in accordance with GDP, GSP, and other applicable standards.

Qualifications

Must be a Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines with a valid PRC License.
Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, FDA compliance, and importation.
Proven experience in processing FDA applications and renewals, including Certificates of Product Registration (CPR), Licenses to Operate (LTO), GMP certificates, and other regulatory requirements.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical importation processes, customs documentation, and coordination with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
Familiar with FDA, DOH, DENR, and other applicable Philippine pharmaceutical regulations.
Experience in inventory management, procurement, and supply chain coordination is an advantage.
Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Storage Practice (GSP) standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Oracle ERP or similar inventory/ERP systems is an advantage.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet regulatory deadlines.
