Job Description

  • Manage the importation of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with FDA, customs, and other regulatory requirements.

  • Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders for timely product delivery.

  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Prepare, submit, and track FDA applications, renewals, licenses, and other regulatory documents.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in processing FDA applications and renewals, including Certificates of Product Registration (CPR), Licenses to Operate (LTO), GMP certificates, and other regulatory requirements.

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical importation processes, customs documentation, and coordination with customs brokers and freight forwarders.

  • Familiar with FDA, DOH, DENR, and other applicable Philippine pharmaceutical regulations.

  • Experience in inventory management, procurement, and supply chain coordination is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Storage Practice (GSP) standards.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Oracle ERP or similar inventory/ERP systems is an advantage.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
