E*Chi’mes Celebrates 18 Years of Putting Customers First

Earlier this July, E*Chi’mes Pharmaceutical Inc. proudly celebrated its 18th anniversary during the company’s annual Mid-Year Conference or Mid Con, bringing together teams across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao for three days.

They gathered at the ECPI headquarters in Quezon City to connect with one another, strengthen collaboration, and reignite their shared passion for servicing healthcare partners and caring for

customers.

The celebration began with a thanksgiving mass, followed by the annual health checkups and a company photoshoot. Later in the day, all employees enjoyed quality time together through a bowling night. The friendly competition and laughs in between strikes helped foster team camaraderie across territories.

The second day focused on growth and development, featuring workshops and talks led by ECPI leaders and personnel. These sessions gave participants opportunities to sharpen their skills, exchange insights, and align on the company’s goals for the months ahead. The day closed with an energetic basketball tournament, continuing the theme of fostering teamwork and camaraderie.

The final day continued with a workshop from ECPI leadership and ended with a short fellowship, giving all the participants a meaningful way to close the Mid-Year Conference.

More than a milestone celebration, the three-day gathering helped the E*Chi’mes team reset and re-energize before the last six months of the year. As E*Chi’mes marks 18 years of service, the company continues to move forward with the same dedication and purpose that have shaped its journey so far.
