Bong founded E*Chi’mes Pharmaceutical Inc. in 2008, with operations formally commencing on July 1 of the same year. He has served as the company’s President since its founding, guiding its rapid growth and development.

Prior to establishing E*Chi’mes, Bong built a 48-year career in the medical industry, beginning as a medical representative in various multinational companies. He later transitioned to product management and ultimately held the position of Vice President at Otsuka Philippines.

​

His extensive experience in the medical field has taken him across the Philippines and to key cities abroad, allowing him to cultivate lasting professional relationships while honing his business acumen and deep industry knowledge. He has also served as a consultant for several local pharmaceutical companies.

​

Bong graduated from Mapua University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He is fluent in English, Tagalog, and Pampango.

Juliet earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Mapua University and her MBA from De La Salle University.

Prior to joining EChi’mes, she built a distinguished 36-year career in the shoe industry, including over 15 years with Nike Inc., holding leadership positions in Chemical Engineering operations across Southeast Asia and the United States. She joined EChi’mes as a Technical Consultant and later served as Assistant to the President.

Juliet’s expertise in process engineering, knowledge of lean management principles, and experience in cross-cultural collaboration continue to drive the company’s improvement and growth.

​

She is fluent in English and Tagalog, and has working knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia, Spanish, and Mandarin.

Bob obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree, major in Marketing, from San Beda College in Manila, Philippines.

​

With 19 years at the company as of 2026, he currently leads the Sales and Marketing team, driving initiatives to achieve the company’s goals.

​

Prior to joining the company, Bob gained 28 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, covering specialties such as Neurology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, and Endocrinology, while holding various leadership positions. His work has taken him across the Philippines, and he thrives when driving and leading teams in the field.

​

Bob is fluent in Ilonggo, Tagalog, and English.
